Great experience, went in on Wednesday afternoon and had an appointment for 730 the next morning to replace a hub/wheel bearing that was starting to squeak. Very reasonably priced from what I have experienced in Minnesota. Saved our trip going to Orlando from MN.

1/8/25 - Today we were greeted by Rodney and Ray in the cool air conditioned waiting room. Rodney and Ray were both attentive and patient with addressing our concerns. Ray helped us out very quickly by checking our breaks and discussing treatment options. He drove the car and professionally looked at the car from all perspectives. There were no hidden costs, Ray was transparent with the pricing, and we. felt as if we were getting a 100% honest opinion. This is a great establishment and I look forward to returning again for my car repair/service needs!

I had an AMAZING and professional experience at Ideal Service Center. Ray showed me exactly what I could get done today and for future automotive maintenance. He was honest, patient, and transparent with the pricing. Ray even fixed an issue I had from another service center without discrediting their work. I am happy that I can recommend my family to come here since they are close by. The place was also clean, the service was fast, their was lots of available seating, and the air conditioner was cool inside. I HIGHLY recommend ideal service center and look forward to coming again!
